At present Admediatex is the best paying CPM ad network for small publishers, it is possible to receive a payment of $5 per month with approximately 1500 page views daily. 
Most of the other ad networks are paying very less for page views and/or do not accept smaller publishers. They usually process the payment within 24 hours of requesting the payment.
